Tai Chi with Janet

We will use the Classic Yang 24 form

-get stronger internally to handle stress

-lessen joint pain and be balanced physically 

-increase energy 

-improve  posture

-deepen your own tai chi

This practice of classic moves helps to reduce pain, stress, and stiffness; also helps with balance and the ongoing mind-body connection.
Registration required, paid in advance monthly, fee $5 per class.
