The Town of Hadley’s Human Resources Department is committed to providing first rate service in assisting town officials and managers in developing our human capital assets with modern human resources management principles.

HR will administer policies and procedures to ensure transparent, fair and equitable treatment in employment decisions; advise managers and employees in adherence to employment law and collective bargaining agreements; complete personnel actions in a timely manner, especially as it relates to benefit administration; and support managers to drive employee engagement with the ultimate goal to hire, train and develop a premier workforce in municipal government.
