The Town of Hadley’s Human Resources Department is committed to providing quality service to town officials and managers in the development of our human capital assets with modern human resources management principles.

HR will administer policies and procedures to ensure transparent, fair and equitable treatment in employment decisions; advise managers and employees in employment law and collective bargaining agreements; complete personnel actions, benefit administration; and support managers to drive employee engagement with the ultimate goal to hire, train, retain and foster a premier workforce in service to our community.
