We are excited to continue a Memory café where connctions can be made for those living with dementia or memory loss and their care partner(s) Our monthly gatherings offer music, art, discussions, and other activities. The Connections Café is a place for fun, laughter, conversations and other activities. Light snacks will be offered. Please invite anyone who might be interested to join us. Walk-ins are welcome!
