Eating Well 101: Cooking with Chocolate

Experiment with different recipes that use dark chocolate as an ingredient. You can make delicious desserts or savory recipes such as sauces, dips, dressings, marinades, or spreads for breads and crackers. Hands on workshop, limited to 12. Fee $5, registration required.
