Craniosacral Body Work

Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy (BCST) is a relational therapeutic technique between client and practitioner. The therapist gently holds the head (cranial bones), the feet, and the pelvis (sacrum), at different times, along with a certain awareness that encourages the client’s own system to initiate the changes in its own time frame necessary for healing. Stress relief, better sleep, improved clarity of mind, have been reported as well as reductions of other symptoms. All therapy is explained and permission granted before beginning the process at each stage. Fee $30 /30 min.
