- Purpose: Provide accessible methods for participants to learn how to become aware of stressors and how best to cope with stress as it arises at the moment. Improve overall mental, physical, and emotional well-being, improve sleep, and boost immunity.

- Techniques shared: breathing practices, mindfulness meditation, seated or supine body scan relaxation, visualization, and tension release.

All are welcome, no previous experience is required.
