Licenses and Permits
Automatice Amusement Device licenses are required under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 140 Section 177a. Licenses are issues by the Select Board. All forms must be completed in their entirety and submitted to the Select Board Office before being scheduled on the Select Board Agenda, which is finalized and posted the Friday preceeding a Select Board meeting. (Select Board meeting are generally scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.)
