FY2026 VALUES
The FY2026 tax rate is $11.46 for all classes of property.
The Town of Hadley ( www.hadleyma.org ) has completed its Fiscal Year 2026 value update of all real estate and personal property in the community. The Town has received final certification from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue for our FY2026 values. The new values reflect the estimated full market value of the property as of the valuation date of January 1, 2025 based on recent construction data, income data and comparable sales from within the community over calendar year 2024.
