Town of Hadley Charter Spectrum Survey
Dear Resident,
Thank you for taking the time to take this survey. This is crucially important so we can renegotiate a cable and internet agreement between the Town of Hadley and Charter Spectrum. Not only is this a survey to make sure residents have cable and internet options, but also to ensure that the Hadley Media Department has the funding needed to keep running. Having a cable subscription is NOT required. The questions were crafted to ensure both cable customers and non-cable customers could participate. These responses will not only get us an idea of how Charter is serving it’s Hadley customers, but also help make financial decisions moving forward for the Hadley Media Department.
