FY27 Real Estate Preliminary Bills

The Collector’s Office will be mailing the FY2027 Real Estate and Personal Property bills today July 1^st.
The Preliminary bills include the remittance receipts for both the August 3^rd and November 2^nd quarterly installments.
The Preliminary bills DO NOT reflect any increases due to the Override as the tax rate for 2027 is not set until after the Fall Town Meeting. 
The quarterly installment due on February 1^st will reflect the increase due to the Override.
