We are asking that you submit your permits online. There is a $10 application fee for all permits. Payments can be made online or you may mail or drop off check at our town: Town of Hadley - Attn: Building Dept. 100 Middle Street, Hadley Ma 01035 or drop off at our mailbox at Town Hall. Call us if you are having any issues applying online. Please make sure if you are a licensed contractor that you fill in all your information. Also, make sure you fill out the Worker's Comp. Affidavit and the Waste Disposal form. Attach a copy of your WC Insurance Policy and a copy of the contract with owner's signature. Thank You!
