New Plastic By-law - Starts January 1, 2023

The town of Hadley's new PLASTIC BY-LAW goes into effect on Sunday, January 1, 2023. The by-law restricts the use of single use plastics, including straws, bags, Styrofoam containers, cups, and lids. The total content of the by-law can be found HERE.
