Tai Chi is a "moving meditation" that incorporates slow thoughtful movements with breathing and helps to cultivate better health and wellness. Tai Chi reduces stress and increases strength, balance, flexibility, and vitality. 
All fitness participants must have a waiver and yearly physician clearance on file to take classes. Forms are available in the COA office. 

Cost $4 per class, paid monthly in advance. 
Cost is a result of being subsidized by the Friends of Hadley COA, thank you.
