Water Line Extensions:

     There is a moratorium  on water line extensions until further notice.

Water Service Permits:

     Residential Water Reserve:

      Residential water reserve is limited to 11,800 gpd to be allocated at 400 gpd per residential unit.

     Commercial Water Reserve:

     Commercial water reserve is limited to 34,800 gpd. Commercial water service applications must be accompanied by a letter from a professional engineer, stating the estimated daily usage per building.  2,000 gpd is the maximum allowable allocation without additional water recapture measures.

No water service permit will be approved unless a complete and valid building peremit application has been submitted.  Water service permits expire after 6 months, if not used.  Reserve will be reduced as permits are approvoed.
